Dr Ruben C. Sevilleja's reception in California
Dec 27th, 2008 - Members and officers of CIAG located in the Bay Area held its Post-Christmas celebration and meeting hosted by Val & Beulah at their beautiful home in Santa Clara. The gathering was honored by the presence of the CLSU President Dr. Ruben C. Sevilleja and his lovely First Lady Giselle, who along with thier sons drove up north from Fresno with enthusiasm and greeted everyone a happy holiday and said "May the good Lord Almighty shower you all with His blessings not just this Christmas Season but always."

The meeting, casually as can be was fully ejoyed by all, thanks to Val and Beulah who provided lots of food that include the "Papaitan", red wine, and a variety of desserts (I even got to bring home some desserts for Dory, who at the time was also hosting another family friends and guests in our house for the holiday).
Worth noting was Johnny Campos' christmas spirit, who cheerfully and brotherly admonished, then complemented and joked about, how we handled our meeting in the presence of Dr. and Mrs. Sevilleja, who inturn nodded and laughed in appreciations.
In the meeting, Dr. Sevilleja spoke of and briefly summarized the current states and mentioned a few of many achievements of CLSU. Most importantly, he emphasized his supports and is encouraged by what he sees of CIAG specifically when it launched the CIAG Endowment Fund project resulting to an overwhelming and positive feedback from our colleagues coast-to-coast.
